I’d like to share with you why I highly recommend Rod and Margie at Surprise Assisted Living to you for the care of your loved ones. My husband was a guest at Sante’ Rehabilitation and transferred to Surprise Assisted Living, thinking he would be going home in couple of weeks.
Sadly Don was put on Hospice care. During this very difficult time Don told me that he would not want to be anywhere else” because of high quality and loving care he was receiving 24hours a day at Surprise Assisted Living. His every need was met in a timely manner and all the foods and treats he wanted as his last wishes were fulfilled.
Rod & Margie made my experience so much easier knowing that Don was so well cared for and helped me through the most difficult time in my life the loss of my husband of 59 years.
We are so grateful that we found Surprise Assissted Living at this time in our lives.

My Dad, Robert, suffered a terrible fall in July. He was in the hospital for over a week and then spent two weeks in a rehabilitation center. When he arrived at your group home he had a catheter, was on a pureed diet with all liquids thickened, relied on a wheelchair and had a very large and uncomfortable neck brace. Within 10 days at Surprise Assisted Living:
-Dad was back on solid food diet
    -The catheter was removed
-Dad is using the walker with assistance instead wheelchair
-The hospital’s neurologist wouldn’t see Dad until six weeks from discharge. You got him right into a neurologist and two sets of X-rays were taken.
-Dad finally got a good shave and his neck brace pad changed.
-You have gone out of your way to make dinners and treats that Dad likes to eat.
I would highly recommend Surprise Assisted Living.

Leslie and I would like to thank you both for such a wonderful job that you have done and are doing with Jerry since he was released from the Hospital. When Jerry entered your facility, he was confined to wheelchair and unable to us a worker or feed himself and unable to manage his personal hygiene. Under your care and guidance, he has gained back some of his strength so that he is now able to function at a much higher level than when he was released from the hospital. He is now able to use a walker, feed himself and somewhat manage his personal hygiene. We both feel that without your knowledge, sill and personal attention Jerry would not be functioning at this high of a level. Both of you are easy to communicate with. You always keep us up to date and our entire family feels that you are a part of our Family.
